1.Equipment Overview

The Activated Carbon Adsorption Organic Solvent Recovery Equipment is an environmental protection device that utilizes activated carbon adsorption principles to purify organic waste gas generated during industrial production and recover organic solvents. This equipment is widely used in waste gas treatment for friction material, rubber, chemical, coating, and printing industries. It effectively recovers organic solvents  achieving both compliant waste gas emission and solvent resource reuse. The equipment adopts a modular design and can be customized according to actual processing air volume and solvent types.

3. Working Principle

Organic-solvent-laden waste gas enters the adsorption bed through a collection system, where organic solvents are adsorbed by activated carbon and the purified gas is discharged in compliance with emission standards. When the activated carbon reaches adsorption saturation, the system automatically switches to steam desorption mode. High-temperature steam desorbs the adsorbed organic solvents, and the solvent-containing steam is cooled by a condenser before entering a separation tank, where solvent and water are separated by density difference. The recovered solvent can be reused. The system typically consists of 4 adsorption tanks operating alternately in adsorption and desorption modes for continuous operation. The PLC control system monitors operating parameters in real time, ensuring safe and stable equipment operation.
